During this potent time on earth, we're being called to step fully into the heart of being–to live from our deepest truth and bring our unique gifts to bear in whatever capacity we can. Join Jeannie for an evening of inspiration and direct exploration of what it means to embody and express your essence in our aching world.
Through teaching, guided practice, and open dialogue, we'll explore:
How to recognize and trust the heart's authentic impulses
Meeting the places that hold us back from full expression
Finding the ground of being that supports authentic action
Living from love while embracing our total humanness
Garnering the support we need to step it up and step it out
This is for you if:
You sense there's more to give but something holds you back
You're tired of playing small and hungering to live from your deep heart
You long to bring your gifts into the world but need support and guidance
You want to move beyond spiritual concepts into truly living it
You're ready to embrace both your humanity and your divinity
This evening is for anyone who feels drawn to live more fully from their heart and contribute their unique gifts to life. Whether you're new to this work or a longtime student, come ready to dive deeply into what it means to truly live it.
In-person Weekend Retreat | January 18-19, 2025 | Sausalito, CA
True freedom isn't found in transcending our humanity – it blossoms in the sacred marriage of heaven and earth right here in our bones. When consciousness fully embraces matter, when spirit dances all the way down into flesh, something extraordinary happens: our lives become an expression of who we are: divine light dancing through human experience.
Join spiritual teacher Jeannie Zandi for a weekend of inspiration, exploration, and revelation as we dive into the heart of what it means to be fully, radically human. Through meditation, dialogue, experiential exercises, and Jeannie's signature blend of profound wisdom and irreverent humor, we'll discover how to end the war with experience and let the entirety of our being become a portal for love's expression.
In this intimate retreat, we will:
Experience how freedom blooms when we stop trying to transcend our humanity
Learn to trust the body's natural wisdom as consciousness embraces matter
Feel what happens when we let spirit pour all the way down into flesh
Share in the aliveness, joy and playfulness that flows when we gather in authentic presence
This retreat is for you if you're ready to:
Move beyond spiritual bypassing into full-bodied awakening
Trade the war with our experience for radical embrace
Let every aspect of your human journey become shot through with light
Live from the place where heaven and earth unite
Join with others in discovering what living love really means
January 28 to February 18. Every Tuesday from 10am - 12pm MST.
In these tumultuous times, many of us feel the call to bring our hearts to bear meaningfully to our world. Yet when we look at the scale of the challenges we face from political division to ecological crisis to systemic injustice, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, powerless, or unsure how to engage.
Spiritual activism naturally arises when we let the way our hearts are naturally moved flow into engaged action. It's not about forcing ourselves to become activists or adding another "should" to our spiritual path, nor about skipping over being to frantically do. Rather, it's about allowing our awakening to express itself through our unique gifts in service of life's flourishing, because love is what we are.
The same presence and love that liberates us personally can move through us to touch our communities and world. Rather than being a "good person" or taking the weight of the world onto our shoulders, we’ll become intimate with what moves us and put legs under that movement to express what’s natural in effective ways. When we're grounded in our deepest nature, we discover we can hold both the pain and possibility of these times with clear eyes and open hearts and take measured steps to feel we are participating in love on earth.
This series is for you if:
You sense there's more to spirituality than personal peace
You want to engage with world issues but feel overwhelmed or uncertain how
You're already active in social causes but seeking to ground and nourish your work in deeper truth
You're ready to discover how your awakening can serve the whole
Your heart feels called to express itself somehow
The deep work of meeting and uprooting our own conditioning isn't separate from dismantling systems of oppression–it's the foundation. As we face and heal the ways fear, separation, and power-over dynamics live in our own bodies and psyches, we naturally begin to interrupt these patterns in our relationships, communities, and institutions. Without shame or blame, we bring light to the unconscious beliefs and reactions that perpetuate suffering, both personally and collectively. When we're grounded in presence and love, when we inform ourselves about the dynamics behind the flowering of division, we can meet and digest pain, fear and confusion and allow our actions to arise from wisdom rather than reactivity.
Through this 4-week journey, we'll:
Explore the marriage of spiritual depth and engaged action
Learn how the movements of yin and yang support our action and wholeness
Uncover what blocks us from expressing our hearts in the world
Discover how to let love guide our response to world events
Build capacity to remain tender-hearted while facing difficult realities
Find our unique way of contributing that arises naturally from our essence
You may be surprised to discover that your particular way of showing up–arising from your unique gifts and circumstances–is exactly what's needed. The question isn't whether you can make a difference, but rather: how does love want to move through you in service of life's flourishing?
Let's explore together how to be spiritual activists who are both fierce and tender, both visionary and practical, both giving and self-supportive, both transcendent and fully engaged with the real world before us. The times we're in require nothing less than our full human hearts, awake and offered.

EVENT DESCRIPTION AND REGISTRATION
While an awakening can profoundly reorient us to reality, it is the work of embodiment that allows us to live that shift. Including awareness of our felt experience is the foundation of this embodiment. We learn to partner with the body to be grounded in being and simplicity, to meet what rises in each moment, to resolve the sources of reactivity, and to live from presence, clarity, and love.
The Holy Work, Jeannie's felt inquiry technique, is a potent tool for growing legs under your heart. With a committed group, participate in an experiential 30-day course that includes weekly classes with Jeannie, an online forum, and optional small groups. This powerful tool for exploring and being with what is has helped many people move out of old patterns and conditioning into Presence.
Whether you are new to Jeannie’s work or have been around for years, join us for this extra level of support and community to allow “dropping in” to become second nature.

5-Day In-person Retreat | June 11 - June 15 | Woolman Hill Retreat Center | Deerfield, MA
What emerges when consciousness fully embraces matter, when spirit dances all the way down into flesh? What if the truest expression of our nature isn't found in transcending our humanity, but in becoming fully, radiantly human?
In this 5-day immersion, Jeannie invites you into the art and science of marrying heaven and earth right here in your bones. Whether you're living profound openness, have glimpsed it or are just beginning to explore, this retreat is about letting your understanding become evermore your lived truth – where making breakfast, having difficult conversations, and sitting in silence all express the same luminous current.
This isn't about adding more spiritual practices or reaching for distant states. It's about letting your glimpses ripen into flesh and blood reality. It's about discovering how every moment–from the mundane to the profound–can become the ground where freedom blooms and love comes alive.
Through inspiring talks, presence-saturated meditation, body-based practices, honest dialogue, and direct investigation, we'll explore:
How to let your deepest insights permeate every cell and situation
The art of being extraordinarily human–where consciousness and matter dance as one
Acknowledgement of the creaturely body–the role of mercy in embodying truth
Ways to bring unconscious blocks into the liberating light of the present moment
The role of sovereignty in taking selflessness into embodied action
What emerges when you stop managing experience and let heaven and earth unite in your direct experience
How to let your understanding migrate from glimpses of truth into lived wisdom
This gathering is for both experienced practitioners ready to embody their understanding fully and those just beginning to sense the possibility of living from profound presence. You'll find space here to discover what happens when the sacred and ordinary become one living current moving through the moment. And wherever you are in your exploration, enjoy support that tailors the teachings to your particular edge of understanding.
Rather than layering on more techniques or beliefs, we'll explore how to orient to the moment to serve every aspect of life becoming saturated with the light of awareness. Through Jeannie's clear-eyed guidance and the chemistry of genuine community, you'll learn to trust and live from the natural unity that's already here.
Space is limited to ensure real connection and individual attention. Come ready to discover what it means to be fully, radiantly human–where spirit and matter, heaven and earth, unity and individuality dance as one living reality.
