Virtual gatherings

To see and exchange (if you choose) online with Jeannie, join her live at an upcoming gathering. From monthly themed calls (including a monthly meeting hosted by Open Circle), to intermittent themed series, to occasional online retreats, Jeannie is abundantly available to support your exploration. You’ll find all the upcoming events on our calendar

In-person gatherings

To be in person with Jeannie in a group setting is a powerful and rare treat. She offers a few retreats a year in person in Lawrence, Kansas, as well as an annual summer weeklong men’s retreat in the Southwest United States. She occasionally travels for retreats in other locations — check the calendar to see what’s upcoming.

Go deep! Committed courses.

Here’s where the rubber really meets the road. Jeannie’s favorite way to work deeply with people is through her committed courses, where a sustained period of experiential learning in a committed container serves opening and embodiment. The courses build on each other and cover a wide range of themes that bring human life and spiritual work together, with inspiration and support.

All of Jeannie’s events include meditation, guided meditation, a talk and an opportunity to exchange with her. In addition to regular meetings with Jeannie, online courses add libraries of content, an online forum to share and exchange with Jeannie, optional small groups held by her mentored facilitators, and in some cases, optional dyad partners with home practices.

Holy Work Challenge
Jeannie’s approach includes the body as a gateway to the moment and a key player in learning to live free and consciously. Offered twice a year (in the spring and summer), this thirty day course provides a foundational approach to the embodiment of true nature, and introduces you to many aspects of Jeannie’s teaching and method. Here Jeannie guides you through her felt sense inquiry approach, where you’ll learn to live in the present moment while compassionately meeting what’s moving through your body and life. This short trauma-sensitive course is a prerequisite for Jeannie’s longer courses below. It’s a life-changer!

Holy Essentials I
This annual course that starts in early October and runs through May is for those who desire deep support, integration and community as their journey deepens. Students in this course focus on a given monthly “holy essential” or theme as they deepen in their wisdom and embodiment with the support of exclusive resources, live Q&As with Jeannie, private Facebook group support and guidance from Jeannie, online daylongs, optional dyad partners and experiential home practices. Holy Essentials I helps students not only learn but LIVE these teachings vibrantly in their own lives. This course requires completion of the Holy Work Challenge.

See details about Holy Essentials I.

Holy Essentials II
A second annual course for graduates of Holy Essentials, Holy Essentials II also runs from October through May, offering eight new themes that build on the work in Holy Essentials, supporting students who resonate with these teachings to deepen their integration of being through community support and embodiment teachings. In addition to rich resources, Q&As, Facebook support and guidance, optional dyad partners and home practices, this course includes periodic intensives. HE II requires the completion of Holy Essentials I.

Holy Relating
Holy Relating, offered biannually, also runs from October through May. Here we delve deeply into issues of relating with others, taking what has been learned and embodied in the teachings of living as being into relating as and from being. The same format and community-based learning and transformational environment is used to allow a deep level of inquiry and support to digest old ways of relating and birth new ways that are rooted in true nature. Holy Relating requires the completion of Holy Essentials II.

Giving Your Gift
Growing out of Jeannie’s “true work” teachings, this biannual 8-month course is a hands-on support for developing what your heart has come to earth to offer. In addition to the resources of community, teaching, Q&A, partner practice, small group work and exchanges with Jeannie, co-working opportunities, lab spaces to experiment and affinity-based small groups help students to bring forth what they long to offer in a down to earth and nuts and bolts way. This course also runs October to May and is open to graduates of Holy Essentials II.

Liberation, love and empowerment for women

Jeannie frequently gathers women online and in person to share a vision of grounded love as true power. She models an integration of yin and yang that allows clarity and strength to balance tenderheartedness and holds a space of safety and inspiration for women to fill out the dignity, love and wholeness that is their birthright.

Men are hearts on legs.

Jeannie brings a unique understanding and tenderness to the safe space she creates for men. Having apprenticed herself to leaders in men’s work, she offers this space for men in the work as a whole, and also in her annual summer men’s retreat.

Leadership

One of Jeannie’s passions is to cultivate, support and mentor leaders who feel called to be of holy use. There are a variety of volunteer positions, from Zoom host to small group facilitator, that give students an opportunity to be mentored by Jeannie in the context of performing a role. As well, Jeannie offers private mentoring, as well as from time to time the Leadership Round Table, a by- invitation monthly meeting that provides support for leaders and spaceholders. Periodically Jeannie offers a committed leadership course in which participants focus on growing in their leadership capacities as an intimate group. Sangha

People attracted to Jeannie’s work tend to be real, open, interested in walking their talk and living the teachings. Because Jeannie’s work takes place in group settings, the opportunity to open, embody and heal in community is constant. Deep bonding and support becomes possible in the safe container that Jeannie cultivates through her example and guidelines.
